Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my order?
All of our orders are custom made, and take a minimum of 4 business days to make, but can take up to 6-9 business days during peak ordering times.
For example, if you place an order on Monday it will go into our queue on Tuesday, into production on Wednesday, finished and packed on Thursday and then ships on Friday.
Can I rush my order?
Unfortunately, due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we are unable to rush orders. USPS Priority is available at checkout. If you need a faster shipping method - such as overnight or second day - please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Please note that selecting Priority shipping DOES NOT rush your order, we can't make it any quicker - it only increases the speed at which USPS delivers it to you.
My order arrived damaged, can you help?
Great care goes into every item I produce, and I want you to love it! However, accidents happen - and shipping delicate items sometimes results in damage.
Any and all damaged and defective orders will be replaced. To clarify; damage includes physical injury to the item such as dented corners, inoperable binder rings, scratches and/or dents. Damage does not include minor imperfections which are inherent to handmade items and the crafting process such as small flecks and minor smudges.
If your item is indeed damaged or defective, please contact me with photos of the damage. We will assess whether or not a replacement or refund is required on a case by case basis.
I'm not happy with my order - can I return it?
If the order has been personalized: unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the majority of our products, we can't always accept refunds. That's why it's important to understand what you're ordering before you commit.
If the order is NOT personalized: then we can accept non-custom orders back in return. You will need to pay for a return label, and your refund amount will be for the product + any applicable tax (we cannot refund shipping paid since it was spent on your initial order).
