Keepsake Paper Co. is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses, and those orders will not be replaced. If you have ordered using an incorrect shipping address, we will cancel and refund your order. Please reorder using the correct address.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe delivery location. If your order has been marked as delivered, but is missing, you will need to contact the carrier and request the GPS coordinates of the delivery. Often, items are scanned in as delivered but will arrive 2-3 days later.
